A popular brunch destination with several Long Island locales is expanding into Westchester, with plans to open its first county location in a downtown residential tower.
Toast Coffee + Kitchen has signed a lease at One Clinton Park, a residential tower in New Rochelle developed by RXR, where it will occupy about 5,000 square feet on the ground floor. The restaurant is expected to open in early 2027.
