Important Information About the 2026 Meeting

NRBID holds an Annual Meeting each year. However, there will be no membership election of directors at the 2026 Annual Meeting. The current elected directors are serving two-year terms extending from 2025 through 2027.

Following the Annual Meeting, the Board will hold its annual reorganization meeting. This is an action taken by the Board and is separate from the membership’s election of directors.

The program will include:

  • A meeting of the Board of Directors
  • The Annual Meeting of the Membership
  • A report on NRBID’s activities and accomplishments during the preceding year
  • An opportunity to connect with downtown property owners, business owners, residents, City representatives, and community partners

NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the 2026 Annual Meeting of the Membership of the Downtown New Rochelle Business Improvement District Management Association, Inc. will be held on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, as part of the Association’s meeting program from 10:00–11:30 a.m. at Gaddy Hall, Monroe University, 380 Main Street, New Rochelle, New York.

The program will include a meeting of the Board of Directors, the Annual Meeting of the Membership, reports on the activities of the Association during the preceding year, and the annual reorganization meeting of the Board of Directors immediately following the Annual Meeting.

All members of the Downtown New Rochelle Business Improvement District Management Association are invited to attend.

About the BID

Established in 1999, the New Rochelle Downtown Business Improvement District is a nonprofit organization representing more than 800 downtown property and business owners. NRBID works to strengthen downtown through business support, investment, marketing, beautification, clean-street services, community programming, and events.

PAST MEETINGS:

2025 NRBID Annual Meeting

The New Rochelle Downtown Business Improvement District held its Annual Meeting at NOMA on September 30, 2025. Members elected the 2025–2027 Board of Directors and received an overview of NRBID’s recent accomplishments, programs, events, and investments in Downtown New Rochelle.

Following the meeting, business owners, residents, City leaders, and community partners participated in an interactive workshop led by Dr. Andrew Gold. Thank you to everyone who shared ideas to help make Downtown New Rochelle even more vibrant, welcoming, and connected.
