2026 NRBID Annual Meeting
The 2026 NRBID Annual Meeting brought members together to learn about the BID’s work during the preceding year, connect with others invested in Downtown New Rochelle, and hear about the programs and initiatives helping keep Downtown clean, vibrant, and welcoming while supporting its continued transformation.
About the 2026 Meeting
The 2026 Annual Meeting of the Membership of the Downtown New Rochelle Business Improvement District Management Association, Inc. was held on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, as part of the Association’s meeting program at Gaddy Hall, Monroe University.
There was no membership election of directors at the 2026 Annual Meeting. The elected directors continued serving their two-year terms extending from 2025 through 2027.
Following the Annual Meeting, the Board held its annual reorganization meeting. This was an action taken by the Board and was separate from the membership’s election of directors.
The program included:
- A meeting of the Board of Directors
- The Annual Meeting of the Membership
- A report on NRBID’s activities and accomplishments during the preceding year
- The annual reorganization meeting of the Board of Directors
- An opportunity to connect with Downtown property owners, business owners, residents, City representatives, and community partners
About the BID
Established in 1999, the New Rochelle Downtown Business Improvement District is a nonprofit organization representing more than 800 Downtown property and business owners. NRBID works to strengthen Downtown through business support, investment, marketing, beautification, clean-street services, community programming, and events.

2025 NRBID Annual Meeting
The New Rochelle Downtown Business Improvement District held its Annual Meeting at NOMA on September 30, 2025. Members elected the 2025–2027 Board of Directors and received an overview of NRBID’s recent accomplishments, programs, events, and investments in Downtown New Rochelle.
Following the meeting, business owners, residents, City leaders, and community partners participated in an interactive workshop led by Dr. Andrew Gold. Thank you to everyone who shared ideas to help make Downtown New Rochelle even more vibrant, welcoming, and connected.
