farmers market

Greetings from New Ro Downtown!

Our New Rochelle Farmers Market is Back in Downtown

Join us tomorrow from 9 am to 2 pm—and every Sunday until October 29 – at the new New Rochelle Farmers Market now located in Downtown’s Anderson Plaza.

The farmer’s market was moved from Ruby Dee Park where it was for a dozen years to the newly renovated space just across from New Roc City. A second market, the Down to Earth Market in New Rochelle located at the Paine Cottage on upper North Ave, continues to operate on Fridays.

On Sundays while our New Rochelle Farmers Market is in place, the City DPW and NRPD will close Anderson Street to cars to allow for strolling, perusing the farm fresh foods, discovering handmade items, and having a safe, pleasant experience. It is easy access and there are plenty of parking options. You can even enjoy coffee, breakfast, and lunch in the many businesses right there.
