Irresistible French-themed coffee and tea shop is an enchanting spot to while away an hour or two. The brainchild of native John Reverol, the coffee shop opened in 2011 and brought new attention to its block on Huguenot Street. Try one of the pour-over coffees, lattes, macchiatos or the “dirty chai latte.” Teas varieties include maté, lychee noir and the favorite, guava ginger. A glass, slow-drip contraption produces popular cold brew coffee in warm months. Try a quiche or pastry to go with your favorite beverage. The alfajores – two delicate cookies held together with a layer of a caramel – are known to be addictive.
