Westchester’s busiest library, NRPL offers its patrons an extensive array of books, services, classes and entertainment, including, but not limited to: school vacation week programs, film screenings, lectures and concerts at adjoining Ossie Davis Theater, a cookbook club, ESL instruction, craft workshops, brown-bag book discussions, lunchtime yoga and more. Not to be missed: the variety of exhibits in the Lumen Winter Gallery is located in the downtown branch’s lobby, and of course the weekly Friends of the Library Book Store and monthly Big Book Sales, treasure troves for bargain hunters of gently-used books!
