New Rochelle Arts Fest (Fall): This community-wide arts festival coordinated by the New Rochelle Council of the Arts straddles both New Rochelle and Pelham with a variety of arts-focused events every fall. Library Green is always active on this weekend with family-friendly hands-on arts activities as part of the celebration.
